European Quality Mark

Quality assurance is an important aspect of adult education and is today a major topic on the European policy agenda. This partnership would like to explore the possibilities of further development of the European Quality Mark (EQM), a product that was developed through two Leonardo da Vinci projects; ALL and RECALL. The products of the EQM have received positive feedback from non-formal learning providers in partner countries and there is a need to explore the possibility of further dissemination and sustainability. The main question in focus will be:

"How can the European Quality Mark support national quality in non-formal learning and through what type of central cooperation?"

Through the European Quality Mark becoming a European tool operated and developed further through common efforts of an European partnership we will have a European benchmark for quality in lifelong learning.
